About the Role:

As the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end sales performance of the club
• Creating and executing strategies and initiatives that drive member growth
• Setting Team and Individual goals
• Coaching and mentoring a team of Sales staff to meet these goals
• Developing team members in line with their own career goals
• Delivering and maintaining service standards across the club
• Ensuring all operational and safety procedures are followed
• Actively participating in TotalFusion Events such as launches and training
