Bekk is the Founder and Head of Talent Acquisition at Fitness Lifestyle International. A trusted recruitment expert in the Health & Fitness, Spa & Leisure, and Hospitality sector. Consultant to hiring departments in the growing boutique fitness & wellness space, Bekk is dedicated to elevating teams in the luxury fitness & wellness landscape across Australia.

With an extensive 28-year tenure as a qualified Health & Fitness Professional, Bekk has experienced the evolution of the industry firsthand. Now 8 years in as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Agency Owner, Bekk is head-hunter to the growing demand for Health and Wellness professionals, connecting attractive industry opportunities with those who are called to it.

Often found glued to her laptop, outside of the office, Bekk finds joy in immersing herself in living life to the fullest. A lover of healthy hedonism and social wellness, exploring new destinations, indulging in unique experiences, and embracing all the flavours!

Bekk Millwood

Bekk Millwood has spent almost three decades inside the fitness, wellness and hospitality industries, not observing them from the sidelines, but working on the floor, leading teams, operating businesses and building the people strategies behind some of Australia’s most recognised brands.

Her career has taken her from venue ownership and operations to the last 10 years in senior agency management with Hospoworld and White Ink, followed by four years as Head of Talent at One Playground. Along the way, she developed a rare understanding of both sides of the hiring equation: what ambitious businesses need from their people, and what exceptional people need from the businesses they choose to join.

Bekk founded Fitness Lifestyle International to bring that industry depth into recruitment. Today, she works closely with founders, executives and high-growth operators to identify the people who can strengthen a business, not simply fill a vacancy. Her approach is direct, deeply connected and grounded in the belief that the right appointment can change the trajectory of a team, a brand and a career.

For Bekk, recruitment has never been about moving résumés. It is about understanding people, recognising potential and creating the introductions that shape what comes next.
